Alliance Bank of Arizona President and CEO Jim Lundy announced that Sandra Barton has joined the bank as vice president and senior real estate loan officer at the bank's Tucson Swan office.
"Sandra Barton is an outstanding addition to our commercial real estate team in Tucson," said Lundy. "She is a veteran banker and understands the market very well. Her knowledge and expertise in working with customer relationship management and commercial real estate will be a great asset to our Tucson clients."
Barton will focus on commercial and residential construction loans, acquisition and development loans along with term loans, to real estate investors and developers in the greater Tucson market. She joins Alliance Bank of Arizona with more than 20 years of banking and commercial real estate lending experience, most recently, with Bank of America.
Barton is a graduate of the University of Arizona and received a B.S. Degree in Finance. She is active in the Tucson community serving in the Sahuaro Girl Scout Council as a troop co-leader and the League of Mexican American Women.
